German, circa 1900, dome top oak case with five urn finials, mask, and garland appliques, fabric backed pierced brass side grills, on brass paw feet, brass dial with matted center and silvered Roman numeral chapter ring, applied spandrels and subsidiary fast/slow and chime selector dials in the arch, works marked "W&H", with pendulum and key, 29 x 16 x 10 in.

Condition:
a few small spots of discoloration to silvered chapter ring, minor scratches and surface wear to back
