The Procession-Old Lyme, signed lower right "W. Chadwick", oil on canvas, 301-1/4 x 30-1/4 in.; original carved and gilt wood Newcomb-Macklin frame, 38-1/8 x 38-3/4 in.

Notes: An important exhibition of the artist's works sponsored by R.H. Love Galleries, included a second work owned by the Tooleys. The exhibition travelled to various museums from August 13, 1978 - January 18, 1980. This painting was purchased the year following.

The lot is accompanied by the photo-certificate, original receipt, Certificate and other documents from R. H. Love Galleries.
