New York, early 18th century, with carved crest and turned finials over Russia leather upholstered and brass tacked back and seat, on carved front stretcher, 46 x 18-1/4 x 15 in.

legs appear to be ended out approximately 12 inches, lower three stretchers replaced; carved stretcher and upper stretcher appear to be original, recently upholstered in vintage Russia leather upholstery, minor cracks at crest rail, other typical minor wear and surface flaws
