American, 19th century, Pond 1860 patent revolver, octagonal 4 in. barrel, .32 caliber, spur trigger, stamped on barrel "...W. Pond...patent dates", stamped serial number on barrel, open cylinder and on base "6259", [pitting, patina to metal surface, marring to wood, hammer won't cock]; octagonal 4-3/4 in. barrel, brass lock plate and back strap, wood grips, raised brass sight, underside of barrel marked "10", cylinder and butt marked "3370", [missing loading lever, pitting, scratching to metal, marring and repair to wood grips]
