Continental, 19th/20th century, carved and painted wood figures, St. Anthony and the infant Jesus, reticulated metal halo attachment, 12-3/4 in.; saint holding a book, possibly St. Thomas Aquinas, 12-1/4 in.; bust of Christ, possibly originally part of a larger statue, 16-3/4 in.

Condition:

scattered surface scratches, nicks, chips, and losses to wood, paint loss, gilt loss, surface dirt layer, areas of possible retouch; St. Anthony figure with adhesive residue at halo attachment, halo attachment hanging loose on nail, missing thumb, baby Jesus with crack and probable repair to face, missing arm and foot; Christ figure with areas of paint retouch
