Provenance:Property deaccessioned by the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, Inc. to benefit the collections and acquisitions funds. This pair of voyeuses are not directly related to Thomas Jefferson or Monticello itself, and, therefore, falls outside of the Foundation’s collection scope


good structural condition, extensive wear and losses to paint and gilding, crack and repair at one front leg, chip and loss at underside of one arm rest, wear and distress to upholstery (appears to retain its original under upholstery)
