Group of Six Duck and Shorebird Decoys

American, 20th century, carved and painted wood decoys, comprising four duck models: one marked "Book BR(?)" on underside, two with glass bead eyes, largest 17-1/2 in; two shorebirds on stands, largest 10-1/2 in.

Provenance:Property from the Collection of the Late Parker B. Poe, Thomasville, Georgia, now the Property of the Thomasville Center for the Arts

Condition:

scattered surface scratches, losses and flaking to paint, some cracks and separations; one duck with some pest damage; one duck with later partial felt covering to base; one shorebird detached from stand; one shorebird slightly loose on base
