French, late 19th/early 20th century, gilt scrollwork and floral embellishments, side and top panels with mother of pearl, raised on four feet, hinged top with ivory portrait painting, signed "L. B(?)", interior velvet lining, with key, 4-1/4 x 7-1/2 x 7-1/2 in.
