Qing dynasty, underdglaze blue reign mark of Daoguang, finely potted bowl with ring foot and flared rim, yellow glaze with incised decoration of two dragons chasing a flaming pearl, 2-1/4 x 5-1/4 in.; with copy of receipt from Vallin Galleries, Wilton, CT, dated 2002, reads "Daoguan Period (1821-56)", indicating a price of $4,500
