Three blue tinted silhouette portraits: facing woman and child exchanging posies; gentleman with top hat and walking stick facing left, inscribed in pencil verso "Mr. Goddard" ; young child with toy, painted in watercolor with gold highlights on card, 10 x 8 in. to 7-1/2 x 5-1/2 in. (sight), later matching stained wood frames




Crowhurst was known for his blue tinting that is advertised as "work embellished in Wedgwood blue." He also used "Chinese white" and gold paint for highlights.
